How it gets to you

Three steps, one tracking number

Every order follows the same path. Shipping is free on both sides of the border.

Order placed

You get an order confirmation by email straight away. Nothing else is needed from you.

Processed and dispatched, 1 to 3 business days

Your cap is picked and handed to the carrier. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Delivered to your door

8 to 15 business days in the US, 15 to 30 business days in Canada, counted from dispatch.

Delivery windows

Total time is processing plus delivery, in calendar time, so you can plan around it.

Tracking

Your tracking number arrives by email the same day your order leaves the warehouse. Check your spam folder if you do not see it.

Allow 3 to 5 business days after you get the number for the first scan to appear. A quiet tracking page in that window is normal.

All orders are shipped from our fulfillment partner.
We do not ship to addresses outside the US and Canada at this time.
Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
Customs processing can add days to the window and is outside our control. Any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
If your order has not arrived within 25 business days of your shipping confirmation, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier, then reship or refund, whichever you prefer.
