We built this guarantee for the person who genuinely used The Arctic Cap through real head pain and still didn't find relief. If that's you, we will refund every penny.

This is not a free trial program. It is a promise to people who actually gave it a real shot.

How to Request a Refund

Email us within 30 days of your delivery date and include:
- Your order number
- A brief note on how you used the cap -- which mode, how many times, what you were hoping it would help with
- A photo of your product

We review every request personally. If your request meets our guarantee conditions, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. No return shipping required -- keep the cap.

What Qualifies
- You used The Arctic Cap during real migraine or headache episodes and it did not provide relief
- Your product arrived damaged or defective (contact us immediately -- no 30-day wait required)

What Does Not Qualify
- Change of mind, buyer's remorse, or just didn't want it anymore
- Requests submitted without an order number or photo of the product
- More than one refund claim per order

Exceptions
The Arctic Shield Warranty ($4.97 add-on) is non-refundable once a warranty claim has been filed.
